Plastic model of the American Cessna O-1D aircraft

The photos show a plastic model of the American Cessna O-1D observation and liaison plane made in 1:72 scale from the Airfix kit. Two sets of the Czech Pavla Models company were used to enrich the model.

Many elements of the model such as: the engine, the engine cover, the fuel system, the first-aid kit, the fuel gauges, the handles, the armament fuse, the battery, the wall between the engine and the cabin, the fire extinguisher, the flashlights and the cables, the ceiling panel, the engine nozzles, the brake installation, the wing struts, the landing lights, the oil filter, the glazing of the upper and side windows in the open position, the fuel caps, the steps, the antennas, the rocket launchers were made from scratch from wire, pieces of polystyrene, medical needles, etc.

The plate next to the model informs that this particular aircraft was named ”Little Annie Fanny”. Little Annie Fanny was a comic book character. Comics with her was appearing in Playboy magazine from 1962 to 1988. The image of Little Annie Fanny can be seen on the Cessna aircraft model cabin door.
