Eurocopter EC135
A plastic model of the Eurocopter EC135 from the Polish Medical Air Rescue was made in 1:32 scale. The work received a distinction at the 12th International Festival of Plastic Reduction Models Bytom 2015.
The Eurocopter EC135 is a light French-German passenger helicopter. It has been produced since 1996. By 2011, 1,000 copies were produced. In Germany, it is used by the local police, in Poland by the Polish Medical Air Rescue.
The helicopter can fly in almost all weather conditions and in complete lack of visibility, only according to instruments. The excess engine power allows the machine to climb quickly at a speed of 7.5 m/s (1476 fpm). In the event of failure of one of the engines, the helicopter can safely land on the other.
