Plastic model of the French Caudron G.4 floatplane
The photos represent a plastic model of the French Caudron G.4 floatplane from the First World War. The model was made in 1:48 scale from the set of American CSM company. The modeller made the water on the stand of acrylic resin.
The Caudron G.4 was a reconnaissance and bomber plane. At that time, it was one of the few aircraft that could continue to fly with one engine running.
The production of these aircraft began in 1915. About 1,400 copies were made. The most of them were manufactured in France. Small amounts were made in Italy and Great Britain.
