Plastic model of the Dewoitine D.500 aircraft
The photos represents a plastic model of the French Dewoitine D.500 fighter aircraft made in 1:32 scale from the Dora Wings kit. There also were photo-etched parts in the kit that were used in the construction of the model. Grass for railway mock-ups and cork that imitates concrete were used on the model stand.
The Dewoitine D.500 was the first mass-produced low-wing aircraft for the French army. They were produced 97 copies that were started to introduce into the serve in July 1935. The plane was modernizing. The next versions of 510 and 511 had, among other things, more powerful engines and better weapons.
