A paper model of the Chapel of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Jaszczurówka, Poland was made in 1:100 scale. The work was awarded at the 9th Lublin Model Meetings in 2014.

The name of the chapel comes from a district of Zakopane, Poland. The chapel was funded by the Uznański family. The building design was made by Stanisław Witkiewicz. Construction was begun in 1904 and the finished church was consecrated in 1907.

The chapel was made of wood, in the Zakopane style. The interior of the building is richly carved, single-nave, with an altar in the shape of the front of a highlander hut.

The building was entered in the register of monuments and its owner is the Tatra National Park but the Marian priests from Toporowa Cyrhla have been taking care of its since 1983.

The building is located on the Wooden Architecture Route in Małopolska.
