End of the game
The diorama was made in 1:35 scale. There is a plastic model of the British Centaur IV tank, glued from the Tamiya kit and enriched with the Aber photo-etched plates. Marks on the model proves that the tank belongs to the Polish 1st Armored Division. The BMW-R35 model motorcycle from the Lion Roar is also on the diorama.
Of the vegetation on the diorama, only spruces were bought in the store. However, the linden and birches were made by the modeller himself, from dried and painted reindeer lichen. The remaining vegetation visible on the diorama in the lower part of the forest is also dried plants from the garden.
The water was made of two-component resin plus white paint in places where the stream foams hitting stones.
The Centaur was a support tank to destroy fortifications. Its main armament was a 95 mm (3¾ in) howitzer. The additional weapons were two 7.62 mm (0.3 in) machine guns.
The first time Centaur tanks fought in Normandy in 1944.
