Roadside assistance

There are plastic models of the M31 engineering vehicles and Scammell Pioneer truck on the diorama. One of the M31 engineering vehicles was made from the Takom kit, and the other from the Academy kit, which included parts for the Lee M31 tank model. Resin parts from the Legend kit were used to convert it into an engineering vehicle. The Scammell Pioneer truck was made from the IBG Models kit. A set of photo-etched plates from Voyager Model was used for the model M31 vehicle. All elements of the diorama were made in 1:35 scale.

Diorama was inspired by a photo found on the Internet. No information about the photo is available, but considering the types of vehicles this photo was probably taken in Italy during the Second World War.

The diorama was made with great attention to detail. An attentive person may even notice fish in the river and otter hunting for them (last photo).
