Regulations

1. Terms used in the Regulations:
   1. Website - a collection of web pages under the name Galeria Modelarska published on the Internet at https://www.scale-model-exhibition.com
   2. Website user - a person who sends photos, videos or articles to be posted on the website.
   3. Internet user - a person who browses websites and uses them.
2. The Internet user acknowledges that the materials posted on the website by users may be inaccurate or falsified. The Internet user uses the website at his / her own risk.
3. The website owner is not responsible for the consequences of using the information contained on the website.
4. The website owner is not responsible for the consequences of using advertisements posted on the website.
5. Sponsored articles do not have to be marked as advertising material.
6. The website user may only post his/her own photos and videos taken by himself/herself and those that belong to the public domain. It is forbidden to send scans from press or book publishers for publication to be posted in the gallery, as well as copies of photos of models from other websites without the consent of the authors.
7. Only works for which the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC-BY-SA 4.0) or which are in the public domain may be posted on the website.
8. The user declares that the works sent to the website do not infringe any copyrights, and additionally, that the articles are true.
9. The user acknowledges and agrees that he / she is solely responsible for the consequences of posting on the website the materials sent by him / her.
10. The author is responsible for the content and quality of the article. The website owner is not responsible for the opinions expressed in the articles by their authors.
11. By submitting an article for publication, the user agrees on correction of the spelling, grammatical and stylistic errors.
12. The website does not provide a storage service for the materials sent.
13. The Administrator reserves the right not to include the submitted photo or texts if:
    1. their quality is not sufficient,
    2. the work is inconsistent with the website topic
    3. he suspects that the copyright has been infringed,
    4. the material duplicates the topic already existing in the gallery,
    5. the work is of advertising nature and has not been previously agreed with the administrator.
14. The Administrator reserves the right to remove already posted works in the event that:
    1. it turns out that the copyright has been infringed,
    2. it turns out that the article contains untrue content,
    3. there is sent a material covering the same topic that is better in terms of quality.
15. The website owner has the right to modify the content, appearance and functionality of the pages of Galeria Modelarska at any time.
16. The website owner does not guarantee that Galeria Modelarska will be operating continuously. The website owner has the right to remove Galeria Modelarska from the Internet at any time.
17. The website owner reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.
